Besides that we´re always looking for stories and content we love to produce on our own or we would love to coproduce. EVA-MARIE MARTENS CEO
Producer, Production Manager
In 1977 she finished her studies in Producing at the HFF “Konrad Wolf” in Potsdam Babelsberg and works as a production Manager in more than 80 films for the Defa. In 1992 she founded the Mafilm GmbH– as CEO and Producer she is the head and the heart of the company. More information about her projects you’ll find here.
ALEXANDER MARTENS CEO
Producer, Production Manager
Since he finished his apprenticeship as film and tv-merchant he worked as an production Manager in more then 30 film and TV-Productions. By 2007 he became the second CEO of Mafilm GmbH. Right now he´s in charge of the back office in the company. More information about his projects you’ll find here.
RENÉ FROTSCHER
Producer, Produktionsleiter, Aufnahmeleiter
He studied film and TV-productuion at the HFF “Konrad Wolf” and writing for film and audiovisual media at the VFS in Vancouver. Besides his studies he worked as production manager, unit manager and assistant on several major feature and Tv-projects. Together with Eva-Marie-Martens he is in the Mafilm in charge of the development of new productions. More information about his projects you’ll find here.
SUSAN KAROLEWSKI
production manager, unit manager
She studied film and TV-production at the HFF “Konrad Wolf” and worked besides her studies already as production manager and unit manager for several feature-. and TV-productions. In Mafilm she is together with Eva-Marie Martens in charge of the the production – process of the companies films. More information about her projects you’ll find here.

Philipp is in charge of the bookkeeping.
STEFANIE SCHATTNER
Merchant for film and audiovisual Media
In 2008 she came as an intern to the Mafilm. One year later she started her apprenticeship for merchant for film and audiovisual media. Since she successfully finished her education she is in charge of the project coordination at Mafilm.
ANNE PIPPERT
Merchant for film and audiovisual Media
Anne is the new one in the company. She’ll finish her 3rd year of apprenticeship in 2012.

EVA-MARIE MARTENS Geschäftsführerin
Produzentin, Produktionsleiterin
Nach einer Lehre als Apothekenhelferin kam sie per Zufall zum Fernsehen. Das Studium der Produktion an der HFF “Konrad Wolf” Babelsberg schloss sie 1977 ab. Während der Zeit beim Deutschen Fernsehfunk arbeitete sie als Produktionsleiterin an über 80 Filmen, darunter internationale Koproduktionen, (Johann Sebastian Bach, Marie Grubbe, Verflucht und Geliebt). 1992 war sie Mitbegründerin der Mafilm GmbH– als Geschäftsführerin und Produzentin ist sie das Herz und der Kopf der Firma. ALEXANDER MARTENS Geschäftsführer
Produzent, Produktionsleiter, Aufnahmeleiter
Nach der Lehre als Film- und Fernsehkaufmann arbeitete er an über 30 Produktionen als Erster Aufnahmeleiter und Produktionsleiter. Seit 2007 ist er zweiter Geschäftsführer und zuständig für die Finanzkontrolle und das Mafilm Back Office. Eine umfangreiche Filmvita finden sie hier!
RENÉ FROTSCHER
Producer, Produktionsleiter, Aufnahmeleiter
Studierte Film und Fernsehproduktion an der HFF “Konrad Wolf” und writing for film and audiovisual media an der VFS in Vancouver. Neben dem Studium arbeitete er bei einer Vielzahl von Produktionen als Aufnahmeleiter und Produktionsleiter. In der Mafilm ist er gemeinsam mit Eva-Marie Martens für die Stoffentwicklung zuständig. Philipp betreut bei der Mafilm die vorbereitende Buchhaltung und die Kontenkontrolle.
STEFANIE SCHATTNER
Kauffrau für Audiovisuelle Medien
Stefanie begann 2008 bei der Mafilm als Praktikantin und begann 2009 die Ausbildung in der Firma zur Kauffrau für audiovisuelle Medien. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluß Ihrer Prüfungen ist sie als Kauffrau für audiovisuelle Medien für die Projektkoordination zuständig.
ANNE PIPPERT
Auszubildende
Anne ist die Dienstjüngste bei der Mafilm. Sie wird ihr 3. Lehrjahr bei de Mafilm bestreiten – ebenfalls im Berufsbild Kauffrau für Audiovisuelle Medien.
